Lie (pronounced «Lee») and Holst are two minor characters in the Norwegian cult classic «Death at Oslo Central Station» from 1990. They are undercover policemen, doing drug enforcement at Oslo East End.
The film is set in the late eighties, and is based on a book by Ingvar Ambjørnsen from the series «Pelle and Proffen».

Tilnærmet Lik has made the two cops into 3D caricatures, for this short film.

Lie is the boss; overconfident and cool. Holst is the sidekick, trying to please Lie while acting just as cool. They are, however, neither the sharpest tool in the shed.
Here they face a somewhat indelicate problem, having to do with their policedog’s waste.

Not the sharpest tools in the shed!

Stuck in an 80's lifestyle,
though it's 2014.
